What is the minimum order size?
Healthy Finger Food has a minimum order of €400 — from €20 per person, so 20 guests or more. The Make Your Own Bowl Buffet starts at 30 guests, from €22 per person. À la carte has no headcount minimum — you pay per item at restaurant prices.
Which areas of Berlin do you deliver to?
We deliver across all Berlin districts inside the Ringbahn as standard, and to outer districts and Potsdam on request. Tell us your address in the quote form and we confirm the delivery window with your proposal.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Every menu includes vegan and vegetarian options, and we label high-protein, gluten-conscious and dairy-free items. Send us allergies with your booking and we plan production and labelling around them.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your event. Between 72 and 48 hours we charge 50% of the order value; inside 48 hours the food is already in production and the full amount applies.
Do you handle delivery and setup?
Yes, we deliver finger food and bowl buffets to your venue in Berlin. Tell us about your setup needs in your order or inquiry and our catering team will confirm the details.
How much notice do you need?
48 hours' notice applies to Healthy Finger Food and the Make Your Own Bowl Buffet. À la carte has its own shorter lead time. For conferences above 150 guests we ask for one week so we can plan production and transport.
